Free Shipping
From time to time we may offer free Standard shipping to domestic retail customers. Orders sent by UPS Ground shipping usually arrive within 3-6 days.

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-6 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

Overnight Services
Overnight UPS Service 1 Day

Orders placed for overnight service before 12:00PM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S. Territories
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select either Priority Airmail or Express Mail services. Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery. * Free Standard Shipping to Canadian customers.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Currency Conversions
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Policy and Terms
By placing an order at LuxcCloset, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to LuxcCloset. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Retail Customers
Within 7 Days of the day they receive the merchandise.
Merchandise must be packed the same way it was received.

Local Wholesale Customers
Within 7 Days of the day they receive the merchandise.
Merchandise must be packed the same way it was received.

International Wholesale Customers
Within 15 Days of the day they receive the merchandise.
Merchandise must be packed the same way it was received.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable.

  • All items purchased on final sale.
  • Hair accessories.
  • Undies and bodysuits.All merchandise will be inspected before shipped. No merchandise will be refunded or accept as return due to missing or broken Buttons, zippers or accessories on the clothes.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached. Items that do meet these criterias are non-returnable and will be denied.

Exchanges Via Phone:

  • We will place a new order with free shipping for the item you need exchanged

* free shipping on new exchange orders is eligible for orders shipped via "Standard Shipping" mail within the United States, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt. Offer not available for international orders.

Ordering & Payment

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Florida.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.

Using Store Credit
To use a store credit, sign into your LuxcCloset account; you will see your store credit on the "My Account" page. Upon checking out, the store credit will automatically be deducted from your total. If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will go back into your LuxcCloset account to be used on future purchases.

Adding Items to Your Tote
When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your tote by simply selecting your size and specifying quantity needed. Then, to add the item to your tote, you will simply click the "Add To Tote" button.

Placing an Order
After you have added an item to your tote, you will be prompted to review your tote. Here, you may review all items in your tote, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your tote, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.

Checking Out
Step 1: By clicking the "Check Out" button in your tote, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account or to click continue if you do not have an account.

Step 2: If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. If paying by credit card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step. Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by clicking edit.

Step 3: Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.

Step 4: To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering in your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. Then click the "Complete Order" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.

Verification and Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

 

Ordering Tracking & Status

Tracking your Order
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number. 

If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

Change or Canceling your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please call our customer care department at: 954.613.7184 M-F 11:00AM – 5:00PM EST

Add Items to an Order you just placed
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order. Please reference your previous order number.

Bust
For bust size measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms, not around them!

Natural Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape.

Hips
Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Dress Length
Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and perpendicular to the floor. Measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back.

Inseam
Find a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. Round the number to the nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length.

Shoe Height
Measure the back of the shoe from the bottom of the heel to the top of the shoe.

Heel Height
Measure the back of the heel, from where it connects to the shoe at the top to the heel cap at the bottom.

Platform Height
Measure from the bottom of the sole to where it connects to the shoe at the top of the platform.
